Recorded on location at Hamsadwhani studios in Kolkata, Carnatic Cuts is a rare and comprehensive collection of Ableton Drum Racks made from four Ancient Indian drums, Duff, Tabla, Mirdangam, and Ghatam, played by virtuoso classical fusion group, Layavinyas.

Each strike was then resampled through a selection of Strymonn effects pedals to boost their power with pure analogue drive from one of the best effects pedal  brands in the game.
